How can I upgrade my subscription?
To move to a higher-tier plan, select Upgrade on a plan card above or visit Manage Subscription & Billing in your Subscription Dashboard. Upgrades apply right away, with a prorated charge for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect when the current period ends, with no interim charges or refunds. How can I purchase more credits?
Need more credits for your next project? Choose either of these options:
One-time Credit Packages
Add credits instantly with a one-time credit pack. You can buy additional packs whenever you need them and use them alongside your subscription.
Subscription Upgrade
For a larger credit allowance, choose Upgrade on a higher-tier plan card or visit Manage Subscription & Billing in your Subscription Dashboard. Your upgrade starts immediately, and you pay only the prorated difference. For team subscription assistance, email [email protected] for assistance.
What refund policy do you have?

How do I cancel my subscription?
To stop your subscription from renewing, open your subscription page. If you need a hand with cancellation, reach out to [email protected].
Do unused credits accumulate?
Credits from one-time packs never expire. Subscription credits refresh each month; unused credits do not roll over into the next monthly allowance.
What does canceling my subscription mean?
Cancellation turns off automatic renewal, so there is no charge for the next billing period. Your current plan and its features stay available until the paid subscription period ends.
Will I receive a refund after canceling?
Canceling stops your next renewal but does not automatically issue a refund. You keep access to your plan until the current subscription period ends. To ask about a refund, contact [email protected] for assistance.
Can I still use my credits after canceling?
Yes. Your remaining subscription credits are available until the end of your current subscription period. Credits bought in one-time packs do not expire and stay available even after your subscription ends.
